Yes. Use add-only mode when you want to preserve the current room, major furniture, lighting, flooring, and architecture. Use full-redesign mode when you want RoomSpec to rethink the whole room direction.
No. Product links, prices, stock, colours, measurements, delivery options, and retailer details can change. Treat matches as shopping leads and always confirm the final product, price, size, and returns policy directly with the retailer before buying.
No. RoomSpec helps you find items in the same design direction, but checkout happens with the retailer. Retailer orders, delivery, returns, warranties, and customer service are handled by that retailer.
No. RoomSpec is a paid workspace. Subscribe to Pro or Enterprise to upload rooms, generate redesigns, save projects, and search matching products.
Each paid plan includes a monthly generation allowance. Pro is built for regular personal room projects, while Enterprise is built for heavier client and team workflows. Your dashboard shows your current usage as you work.
Yes. You can manage payment details, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation from the billing area in your dashboard, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Your projects are tied to your signed-in workspace and are not published in a public gallery. RoomSpec uses your photos and generated designs to provide the service, store your projects, run product matching, troubleshoot issues, and keep the platform secure. Avoid uploading sensitive documents, payment cards, passwords, or photos of people who have not agreed to be included.
You keep ownership of the photos and prompts you upload. Subject to the Terms of Service, you can use generated designs for personal planning or business concepting, but outputs may not be unique and should not be presented as professional advice or guaranteed product matches.
