Help with RoomSpec.

For billing, cancellation, account, privacy, or generation issues, email support and include the account email connected to the workspace.

Generation help

Send the account email, project name, and what looked wrong or failed.

Billing and cancellation

Subscribers can manage cards, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation from Billing.

Privacy and data

Request help deleting project data, account data, or uploaded room photos.

Refund review

If something broke or a charge looks wrong, include the charge date and account email.

Account deletion requests

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it from Billing first. Then email support with your account email so the account/data deletion request can be handled cleanly.
